INFORMATION NIGHTS
Info Nights are provided to give potential new members more general information on what a business fraternity is, and it allows you to learn more information about Phi Chi Theta.
FORMAL MEET THE CHAPTER
This event allows potential new members to meet multiple active members of Phi Chi Theta in a "one-on-one" setting. It allows potential new members to show active members why they could be a valuable asset to the chapter, while getting to know us before the interview process begins.
FIRST ROUND INTERVIEWS
During this first round of interviews, potential new members will be interviewed by 3-5 active members of Phi Chi Theta. Interview questions will be asked to evaluate your interest level in Phi Chi, how you might fit into our brotherhood, and what you could contribute to the chapter as a whole.
